POSITION: User Experience Designer at Truist Financial Corporation

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a skilled User Experience Designer to join our innovative team. As a User Experience Designer, you will have the opportunity to lead design activities in cross-functional teams, create industry-leading experiences, and advocate for client needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult and collaborate with talented teams to ensure design solutions meet business needs.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in design, with a focus on user experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and design principles.
  • Experience creating high-quality artifacts, such as wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with creative, business, and technical teams to drive design solutions.
  • Knowledge of Agile development processes and design methodologies.
  • Passion for improving people's lives through design and creating user-centered experiences.
  • Proficiency in using design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
