We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Instructional Designer to join our Human Resources team at Charter Communications. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Design Learning Programs: Create high-quality learning programs and materials for corporate training initiatives, incorporating interactive activities, assessments, and multimedia elements.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Analyze training needs, collaborate with subject matter experts, and create engaging instructional content using various formats and technologies.
  • Lead Training Strategies: Develop and implement training strategies, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide guidance to instructional design teams.
  • Conduct Instructional Design Projects: Conduct standard to moderate complex instructional design projects, applying instructional design principles to develop effective learning experiences.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Education, Adult Learning, or equivalent experience.
  • Instructional Design Experience: 4+ years of Instructional Design and development experience.
  • Project Management Experience: 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated PC skills and MS Office skills.
