RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture significant relationships with a designated group of seniors and their families, assisting them with daily living activities and addressing their individual care needs.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to management, suggesting necessary adjustments in care and services.
  • Support residents in developing life skills and engaging in enriching activities tailored to their personal profiles.
  • Contribute to the creation and regular updates of Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
  • Maintain oversight of assigned residents throughout the shift, ensuring their well-being and safety.
  • Collaborate with the community team to uphold compliance with safety regulations and promote risk management initiatives.
  • Attend to the dining needs of residents and guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality and service.
  • Encourage and assist residents in participating in life skills and enriching activities as outlined in their ISP.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for serving seniors with exceptional customer service skills.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability to various duties, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred, in accordance with state regulations.
  • In applicable states, maintenance of relevant certifications is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience working with seniors is advantageous.
  • Ability to make informed decisions that prioritize the residents' best interests.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competence in organizational and time management abilities.
  • Exhibit sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
