About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Frontier Communications. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for securing contracts with our multifamily clients to expand the reach and penetration of our Fiber Optic Internet services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities through consultative sales methods and build strategic account plans for high-value portfolio clients.
  • Partner with internal and external legal support staff to negotiate contractual terms and ensure successful contract execution.
  • Participate in local and regional industry events to present Frontier's services and solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead identification to contract execution.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $38,250 to $118,000.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years' experience in business-to-business sales.
  • Intimate knowledge of the multifamily marketplace and a documented track record of success working with MDU Owners, Operators, and Developers.
  • Knowledge of fiber-based telecommunications services.
  • Proven track record of winning share in a competitive environment.
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience a plus.
