Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Frontier Communications. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for securing contracts with our multifamily clients to expand the reach and penetration of our Fiber Optic Internet services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities through consultative sales methods and build strategic account plans for high-value portfolio clients.
- Partner with internal and external legal support staff to negotiate contractual terms and ensure successful contract execution.
- Participate in local and regional industry events to present Frontier's services and solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead identification to contract execution.
- Competitive salary range: $38,250 to $118,000.
- 20 PTO days + 10 paid holidays per year.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years' experience in business-to-business sales.
- Intimate knowledge of the multifamily marketplace and a documented track record of success working with MDU Owners, Operators, and Developers.
- Knowledge of fiber-based telecommunications services.
- Proven track record of winning share in a competitive environment.
- Must possess a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience a plus.
