About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Related Affordable. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our affordable housing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, applicants, and stakeholders
  • Manage leasing tasks, including lease signings, financial statements, and invoices
  • Coordinate with local organizations to provide residents with resources and services
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations to enhance resident services
  • Collaborate with service providers to ensure quality and timeliness of resident services
  • Organize educational and volunteer opportunities for resident development and engagement
Requirements
  • Prior experience in the affordable housing industry (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proven track record of managing complex operational tasks
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish (preferred but not required)
