Business Development Manager

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Client Development & Marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Manage RFP/RFI responses, tailored pitches, and other business development efforts
- Collaborate with attorneys and other firm departments to identify and track key relationships and contacts
- Conduct research on current and prospective clients, competitors, and industries to identify business development opportunities
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral materials, including pitch decks, practice/industry/geography descriptions, and brochures
- Proactively track data on firm experience and identify areas of emerging interest
- Support the Sr. Manager, Corporate in the league table submission and reconciliation process
- Liaise with Events and Communications team members with respect to events, conferences, sponsorships, and industry memberships
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services organization
- Strong writing skills, including experience drafting pitches, responses to RFPs/RFIs, and practice descriptions
- Very strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of firm personnel
- Knowledge of and experience with third-party databases such as Pitchly, CapitalIQ, Preqin, and PitchBook
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
Undergraduate degree is required, JD preferred, prior legal practice or BD experience in assigned areas strongly preferred.
