We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Account Manager to play a pivotal role in helping our Brand Partners shift from traditional account management to a self-serve experience using our Brand Central Portal. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys navigating change, and has a strong focus on achieving KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing role with a focus on relationship building. They will be able to manage complex projects and relationships while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve client outcomes.
The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for our Brand Partners, supporting their needs, objectives, and success on the platform. They will facilitate the transition of Brand Partners from traditional account management to a self-serve model via the Brand Central Portal.
The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet KPIs. They will also have experience with up-selling and cross-selling, identifying new opportunities to drive client value.
