Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electronics Assembler to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations on electronic components and subassemblies in accordance with our standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Mentoring: Provide training and mentoring to team members, including documented on-the-job (OTJ) training.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement activities and ensure compliance to our 5 Standards program.
  • Operational Proficiency: Be proficient in 50% of the department operations.
  • Process Development: Work with manufacturing engineering on processes and changes.
  • Communication: Daily communication with team members and supervisor through shift meetings, email, log book, and other written and verbal methods.
  • Problem Reporting: Report any problems, defective materials, questionable conditions, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor or leader.
  • Compliance: Comply with and support company policies and programs regarding safety, security, ISO, EEO, OSHA, and Continuous Improvement activities.
  • Customer Service: Listen to and understand customer requirements and take prompt, appropriate action that exceeds expectations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform maintenance tasks to maintain equipment in good condition.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-5 Years relevant experience.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong computer skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel). Ability to handle multi-task assignments, delegate tasks appropriately, and perform product inspections and simple troubleshooting.
  • Equipment Operation: Ability to operate complex equipment and be capable of set-up, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Soldering Skills: Strong soldering skills, including under a microscope, and ability to perform multiple mechanical assembly operations and train others in these areas.

Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $35,431 - $56,004. Additional compensation may apply based on position assignment, including an annual or quarterly company bonus and shift premium for alternative shift assignments.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC. This includes identifying ITAR product on the manufacturing floor, understanding access restrictions, recognizing foreign person visitors, and managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
