Technical Program Manager III, AWS Marketing Lead

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of complex scientific programs involving machine learning models, artificial intelligence systems, and causal econometric analyses, and engineering systems to scale these solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with partner teams and stakeholders to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans for scientific programs leveraging AI, ML, and econometrics.
- Design, optimize, and implement operational processes aligned with strategic objectives.
- Evaluate and enhance existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with strategic initiatives.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish reporting mechanisms.
- Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders for successful program outcomes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, BI, science) for project execution.
- Act as a facilitator/trainer to enable adoption of team's tools and processes.
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
