Position Overview:
As a Senior Technical Program Manager in the Marketing Security domain, you will be pivotal in steering revenue growth and adoption across a diverse range of customers, from small to mid-market accounts up to enterprise-level clients, including those in the public sector.

Role Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be part of the AWS Global Support team, which is dedicated to delivering exceptional support that is essential for customer success. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with senior leadership to transform strategic objectives into actionable initiatives.
  • Designing, refining, and executing operational processes that align with overarching business goals.
  • Assessing and enhancing current processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identifying and addressing risks linked to strategic projects.
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing reporting frameworks.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Adapting strategies to meet the changing needs of the business.
  • Facilitating training sessions to promote team adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Maintaining oversight of the security health of Marketing platforms and applications.
  • Actively participating in the planning of AWS Marketing's security requirements and driving initiatives for process improvement.
  • Supporting AWS Marketing teams with application security processes, including product and vendor security.
  • Fostering relationships and influencing stakeholders across AWS security and Marketing teams.

Minimum Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
  • 7+ years of direct experience working with engineering teams.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience with software engineering teams.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • Experience defining KPIs and SLAs to drive significant business outcomes and reporting to senior leadership.
