We're seeking an exceptional marketing professional to lead our event and program scale efforts, facilitating cross-pollination of best practices and scaling high-impact marketing initiatives across regional marketing teams. You'll also drive the execution of global-led, field-supported, initiatives and co-partnered events.

A successful Startup Scale Program Manager excels in strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, process establishment, event execution, and is adept at project prioritization in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial marketer deeply immersed in the marketing and tech landscape, possessing an innate understanding of trends and topics that resonate with the tech industry and drives marketing pipeline. They thrive on identifying opportunities, thinking big, taking ownership, and are persistent in the pursuit of program execution, even in complex, ever-evolving, and ambiguous contexts.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional global teams, a keen understanding of end-to-end program management, and the ability to ideate fresh, new ideas that sparks interest and drives growth. Domestic and international travel are required.

Key job responsibilities
* You will own the end-to-end execution of global programs designed to drive startup engagement, demand generation, and funnel conversion for the business.
* You will develop operating models, processes, tools and templates that scale regional programs into a global initiative, while ensuring consistent high-quality experiences across locations.
* You will work with cross-functional teams spanning marketing, sales, operations, and external partners to ideate and execute innovative programs and events that drive awareness and provides startups with education, resources, and connections.
* You will analyze program performance data to continually optimize formats, curricula, messaging and overall engagement tactics to maximize business impact and startup value.
* You will get to work with some of the most innovative entrepreneurs, startups, Amazonians, and have a big impact every day.

4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
