Amazon Web Services, Inc. is on the lookout for a Senior Program Manager to enhance our Customer Channel Technology (CCTech) Team within the AWS Marketing Solutions division.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and will spearhead complex, multi-disciplinary technical initiatives.
We seek a professional who is well-versed in various AWS offerings and has a proven track record of managing multiple technology-driven projects. The Program Manager will demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies and tools throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and program managers to orchestrate the launch of diverse services and products.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and potential risk areas.
- Partner with service owners to devise innovative solutions for intricate technical challenges.
- Oversee the Application Security Process for the Customer Channel Technology Team.
- Assist business units and stakeholders by identifying opportunities to streamline and automate metrics and reporting.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
- 7+ years of direct collaboration with engineering teams.
- 3+ years of experience in software development.
- 5+ years of technical program management experience working closely with software engineering teams.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release timelines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
- Experience in managing projects across cross-functional teams, developing sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience in defining KPIs/SLAs to drive significant business outcomes and reporting to senior leadership.
