At Northrop Grumman, our personnel are presented with remarkable opportunities to engage in groundbreaking systems that influence lives globally, both now and for future generations.

Our innovative and creative ethos has positioned us at the leading edge of numerous technological breakthroughs in our nation's narrative - from the inaugural transatlantic flight to stealth technology and lunar landings.

We seek individuals who possess audacious ideas, bravery, and a pioneering mindset to collaborate in crafting the future while enjoying the journey.

Our environment flourishes on intellectual curiosity, diverse thinking, and the ability to bring your authentic self to work - fueled by an unyielding ambition to achieve what others deem unfeasible.

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is in search of a candidate to lead a team of engineers within a segment of the Tactical Fighters Airborne Multifunction Sensors (AMS) Engineering & Sciences (E&S) functional homeroom.

The management aspect involves administrative activities and aiding employee performance and career development through guidance and training.
