Position Overview:
This role is crucial for maintaining essential business operations through vigilant monitoring utilizing Dynatrace and various other tools.
The key responsibilities encompass conducting system health assessments, recognizing and escalating significant incidents, and crafting runbooks to streamline processes.
The ideal candidate will guarantee the continuous availability of production systems, coordinate IT responses to challenges, and provide event and problem management assistance to service owners and IT leaders.
Furthermore, this position involves facilitating communication among stakeholders, engaging in incident review sessions, and preparing data for presentations and process documentation.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in software, hardware, and systems engineering, with at least 2 years in NOC/TOC or Command Center roles.
Expertise in performance monitoring tools, particularly Dynatrace, along with a solid understanding of system and network infrastructures, is essential.
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are required, along with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.Licenses/Certifications:
ITIL Foundations v3 certification within 180 Days is preferred.
