Position Overview:
This role is pivotal in managing essential business operations through vigilant monitoring utilizing Dynatrace and other advanced tools.
The key responsibilities encompass conducting system health assessments, pinpointing and escalating critical incidents, and crafting runbooks to streamline processes.
The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring the continuous availability of production systems, orchestrating IT responses to challenges, and providing event and problem management assistance to service owners and IT leadership.
Moreover, this position involves fostering communication among stakeholders, engaging in incident review discussions, and compiling data for presentations and process documentation.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in software, hardware, and systems engineering, with at least 2 years in NOC/TOC or Command Center roles.
Expertise in performance monitoring tools, particularly Dynatrace, alongside a solid understanding of system and network architectures, is essential.
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are crucial, along with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.Licenses/Certifications:
ITIL Foundations v3 certification within 180 Days is preferred.
