Key Responsibilities
  • CUSTOMER - Develop lasting relationships with customers, providing an excellent customer purchasing experience to drive dedicated and residual business partnerships.
  • PEOPLE - Foster a team-oriented attitude and approach with the GVW group and customer base, recognizing that people are the driving force behind our business.
  • PRODUCT - Sales: Develop and execute customer-specific sales strategies with Fleet Clients in the assigned territory, staying up-to-date on competitor market developments to communicate with the leadership team.
  • Market - Understand each customer's market and communicate any competitor market developments with the leadership team.
  • OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE - Demonstrate outstanding organizational, detailed focus, and follow sales processes thoroughly.
Requirements
  • Direct Sales Experience a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in commercial vehicle parts or commercial business-to-business
  • History of exceeding goals
  • Strong desire to win
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Open to coaching and feedback
  • Technology proficient
  • Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage conflicting priorities, and complete assignments under aggressive time constraints
  • Demonstrated productivity with minimal supervision. Must be results-oriented and able to move forward without complete information
  • Works effectively with diverse audiences, management levels, cultures, and personalities
  • Trusted consultant with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong drive and will to succeed
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; know when to demonstrate a sense of urgency
  • Amount of travel required: Minimal to 10%
