About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our CERENOVUS team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the sales of our neurovascular products and converting competitive products in a manner consistent with company policy and sales direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data, reports, and records to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant healthcare or business-to-business sales experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success and achievement of sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the neurovascular market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling medical devices in the neurovascular space.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical device regulations.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
