Urology Territory Sales Representative

Job Summary:
Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling our medical devices to hospitals and healthcare professionals in the Urology department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators
- Provide product training and support to customers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the medical device industry
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel within the territory and occasionally outside of the territory
