Delaware North Sportservice is seeking dedicated Culinary Supervisors to enhance our team at Highmark Stadium. Compensation

Hourly wage: $24.00

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all kitchen staff to ensure food preparation meets established quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and ensure all kitchen equipment is functional
  • Supervise the proper handling, rotation, labeling, and storage of food items
  • Execute opening, closing, and other operational duties
  • Work diligently to manage food costs within guidelines set by culinary leadership
  • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications
  • No formal degree required
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a line cook, including supervisory roles
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
  • Basic math skills for recipe measurements and calculations
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform manual tasks such as chopping, mixing, and blending various food items
  • Capacity to lift and transport heavy items, up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
Work Schedule

Shifts may include days, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and may vary in length from 10 to 12 hours.
