Job Overview

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking dedicated full-time or part-time Culinary Supervisors to enhance our team at Highmark Stadium. Compensation

Hourly wage: $24.00

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all team members and ensure that food preparation and production adhere to quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and ensure all kitchen equipment is functioning properly.
  • Supervise the proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food items.
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as required.
  • Work actively to manage food costs within the parameters established by culinary leadership.
  • Collaborate with team members and restaurant managers to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • No formal college degree is required.
  • A minimum of two years' experience as a line cook, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Basic math skills to understand and follow recipe measurements and proportions.
Physical Requirements
  • Manual dexterity sufficient for chopping, mixing, blending, and whipping various foods and liquids.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy pans from ovens or freezers, weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Capable of standing and walking for the duration of the shift.
Shift Information

Available shifts include day and evening hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends. Shifts may vary from 10 to 12 hours.
