Position Title: CHEF DE CUISINE

Compensation: $92,000 annually

Job Summary: As a Chef de Cuisine, you will oversee the culinary production operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the culinary team under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
  • Act as the head of culinary operations in the absence of the Executive Chef.
  • Implement HACCP guidelines to maintain efficient and sanitary food production.
  • Contribute to menu development, inventory management, and food cost control.
  • Participate in training and personnel management, including hiring and coaching staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent culinary certification.
  • Three to five years of culinary experience, with a focus on kitchen management.
  • Experience in catering and knowledge of current food trends.
  • Familiarity with high-volume cooking and large event food production.
  • ServSafe Certification is preferred.
