Culinary Operations Manager

Position Title: CHEF DE CUISINE
Compensation: $92,000 annually
Job Summary: As a Chef de Cuisine, you will oversee the culinary production operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the culinary team under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
- Act as the head of culinary operations in the absence of the Executive Chef.
- Implement HACCP guidelines to maintain efficient and sanitary food production.
- Contribute to menu development, inventory management, and food cost control.
- Participate in training and personnel management, including hiring and coaching staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent culinary certification.
- Three to five years of culinary experience, with a focus on kitchen management.
- Experience in catering and knowledge of current food trends.
- Familiarity with high-volume cooking and large event food production.
- ServSafe Certification is preferred.
