Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure culinary production aligns with operational frameworks.
  • Maintain high culinary standards and techniques for food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Oversee a culinary team, ensuring excellence in food presentation.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff in best practices for food production.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by clarifying objectives and strategies.
  • Recognize and reward team achievements.
  • Organize team meetings and daily briefings.
  • Maintain comprehensive staff records, including training and performance data.
  • Build and sustain effective relationships with clients and guests.
  • Engage with guests regularly to enhance their experience.
  • Monitor and communicate culinary trends and ingredient sourcing.
  • Achieve food and labor cost targets.
  • Focus on improving profit margins through data analysis and inventory management.
  • Ensure efficient delivery of culinary products according to the daily menu.
  • Uphold the integrity of Aramark's food offerings, ensuring quality and safety.
  • Adhere to operational excellence principles, managing waste and standardizing menus.
  • Understand supply chain processes, ensuring compliance with authorized suppliers.
  • Implement the Food Framework effectively.
  • Accurately estimate food consumption for requisitions and purchases.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and operation of kitchen equipment.
  • Comply with Aramark's food safety and quality assurance standards.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies and regulations regarding safety and health.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of culinary experience required.

  • Advanced knowledge of culinary principles and practices is essential.
  • Strong communication skills in oral, reading, and writing.
