Job Overview

The Salesforce CRM Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer relationship management strategies.

Location: Hybrid

Contract Type: Six-month contract to hire. Third-party candidates will not be considered.

The analyst will focus on supporting both strategic and operational aspects of the CRM platform, ensuring effective processes and workflows. A solid understanding of CRM best practices is essential to promote adoption and enhance the internal customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the gathering and execution of business process requirements.
  • Collaborate across various business units, IT, and end users to document and communicate business processes.
  • Develop requirements for visual layouts, workflow rules, and business logic to optimize business processes and user experience.
  • Partner with development teams to integrate third-party applications into the CRM platform.
  • Coordinate with IT and external vendors to ensure the platform operates smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead user acceptance testing with business units and end users based on business requirements.
  • Monitor key system metrics to analyze usage trends and maintain data integrity.
  • Provide training to end users and prepare relevant documentation, including requirements, training materials, process flows, use cases, and functional designs.
  • Perform system administration tasks for the CRM application, managing areas such as contacts, accounts, opportunities, dashboards, and reports.
  • Create and execute queries and reports, and manage user roles, security, and profiles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into system specifications.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a business analyst.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and CRM best practices.
  • 1+ years of operational experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Salesforce administrator certification is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or information systems is preferred.
