About the Role:

Manifest Solutions is in search of a Salesforce Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in collaborative efforts across various business objectives, encompassing production support, ongoing enhancements, solution assessments, and project-level tasks on the Salesforce platform integrated with other applications.
  • Work alongside both business and technical teams:
    • Execute complete solution design and development for Salesforce Lightning greenfield projects with diverse application integrations.
    • Facilitate prioritized enhancements in Salesforce Classic and manage data profiling/conversions for the transition to Salesforce Lightning.
  • Create robust technical solutions on the Salesforce platform to provide valuable business capabilities and address intricate business challenges in alignment with evolving business strategies.
  • Ensure alignment of the Salesforce ecosystem with Business Technology data architecture/governance across multiple applications (including SAP ECC, Oracle Eloqua, etc.) that share data entities.
  • Contribute to thorough documentation of the Salesforce ecosystem, covering system/data architecture and technical design for essential components.
  • Stay informed and share insights on Salesforce and other technology industry trends and announcements with both business and technical colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of extensive experience in Salesforce solution design, development, and support, including integrated application implementation:
    • Comprehensive experience with Salesforce Lightning and some familiarity with Salesforce Classic.
    • Experience in designing and configuring Salesforce integrations with various applications, including relevant APIs and data architecture (preferably with Boomi experience).
    • Development experience utilizing Lightning Web Components and Flows, along with Apex and Conga.
    • Application of best practices for development and deployment efforts while maintaining documentation of the Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Experience in incident investigation and resolution across the Salesforce ecosystem in support of production users.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with business analysts and software developers to analyze, automate, and support complex end-to-end business processes that span integrated business applications and data domains.
  • Experience in translating future-state business requirements and use case scenarios into technical solution design options with coordinated data integrations, followed by facilitating reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Practical experience with Jira-based Agile practices, including sizing/scoping and dependency management for prioritized initiatives.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, coupled with effective communication abilities, enhanced by problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and relevant Salesforce coursework or certifications.
