The ideal candidate will partner with Sales Leaders to enhance the Salesforce experience for bankers, driving sales productivity and customer satisfaction.

The Digital Product Manager will refine the vision for Digital Sales Enablement, collaborating with sales teams, Salesforce Center of Excellence, and analytics partners to deliver enhanced CRM capabilities in an Agile model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify business challenges and improvement opportunities using data analytics and feedback.
  • Lead business prioritization and requirements with Sales partners and Salesforce teams.
  • Deliver Salesforce enhancements using Agile techniques.
  • Understand features' alignment with business objectives and key results.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce and data architects.
  • Work with agile teams to iterate and prioritize business value.
  • Partner with implementation teams for flawless capability rollouts.
  • Measure performance, analyze results, and modify strategies as needed.

Requirements:

Basic:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of Digital product management or project delivery experience
  • Experience with Agile Delivery

Preferred:

  • Experience in Digital product management in Salesforce or other CRMs
  • Skilled at designing dashboard capabilities and Customer 360 views using insights
  • Experience in revamping online/mobile platforms
  • User-centered design and usability expertise
  • Strong analytical skills and Software Delivery Lifecycle familiarity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop relationships across all organizational levels
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
