Qualifications:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including 2-3 years on the Vlocity / Omnistudio platform. Experience of 6 months to 1 year on the Omnistudio Public Sector Foundation Platform (including OmniScript, DataRaptor, and FlexCards) is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience in configuring Salesforce through workflows, validation rules, roles & profiles, reports, and dashboards.
  • Expertise in developing applications in Salesforce Lightning and working with Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience in data migration and designing new solutions on the Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform.
  • Ability to integrate Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs.
  • Capability to guide teams in troubleshooting errors related to Salesforce Omnistudio Public Sector Foundation products.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical/Solutions Architect, you will:

  • Develop software solutions utilizing Salesforce Omnistudio for public sector applications.
  • Document, design, test, and maintain integrations and data migration components of Salesforce implementations.
  • Execute comprehensive test plans to ensure quality delivery through test code and unit tests.
  • Adhere to coding standards and engage in code reviews to maintain appropriate design patterns.
  • Support the Program Management Office (PMO) and users by addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Soft Skills:

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, Business Analysts).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of taking ownership of solutions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with leadership and key stakeholders, articulating design and configuration choices to achieve consensus.
Education and Certifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related technical field is required. Salesforce Developer/Architect certifications are preferred.
