Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Agency Partner to strengthen our relationships with Independent Media Agencies. This role is crucial in expanding their digital footprint on Snapchat. Based in our offices, the ideal candidate will possess substantial sales acumen, exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, and the capacity to juggle multiple projects while having a comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategies and set priorities to optimize the effectiveness and value of Snapchat's advertising solutions through Independent Agencies.
  • Oversee the financial outcomes of your Agencies, ensuring that annual and quarterly partnership objectives are achieved.
  • Serve as the primary contact, escalation point, and thought leader for your Agencies.
  • Establish Snapchat as a premier platform for brand development and business growth among various Agency stakeholders.
  • Design and implement comprehensive educational initiatives across all Agency sectors (media, digital, strategic planning).
  • Conduct formal business evaluations with Agency leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Gain insights into Agencies' operations and devise suitable solutions to address their requirements.
  • Deliver exemplary client service and partnership across all aspects of the Agency, including Investment, Planning, Social, and Research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth among new and existing clients.
  • Monitor revenue performance across the Agency portfolio in the U.S. and identify necessary corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across various functions.
  • In-depth understanding of Snapchat's value proposition, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience in navigating matrix organizations and securing support from key internal stakeholders.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships at the executive level both internally and externally.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 8 years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, agency, media sales, or online advertising, with a focus on leading businesses or accounts.
  • Experience in developing relationships with account contacts to drive revenue growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in sales and marketing within a commission-based role targeting advertising agencies.
  • Direct experience managing agency relationships.

Compensation Information: In the U.S., pay zones are assigned to work locations, determining the salary range for this position. The starting salary will be influenced by job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Negotiation within the salary range may be possible.

Salary Ranges:

  • Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): $168,000-$252,000 annually.
  • Zone B: $160,000-$239,000 annually.
  • Zone C: $143,000-$214,000 annually.

This position is eligible for a sales incentive program and equity in the form of RSUs.
