Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Agency Partner to enhance our collaboration with Independent Media Agencies, focusing on amplifying their digital footprint on Snapchat. This role requires a robust background in sales, exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, and the capacity to juggle multiple projects while possessing a comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strategic priorities to optimize the effectiveness and value of Snapchat's advertising solutions through Independent Agencies.
- Oversee the financial outcomes of your assigned Agencies, ensuring that both annual and quarterly partnership objectives are achieved.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and thought leader for your Agencies, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Position Snapchat as a premier platform for brand development and business growth among various Agency stakeholders.
- Design and implement comprehensive educational initiatives across all Agency functions (media, digital, strategic planning).
- Conduct formal business evaluations with Agency leadership and essential stakeholders.
- Gain insights into Agencies' operations and devise tailored solutions to address their requirements.
- Deliver exceptional client service and partnership across all Agency sectors, including Investment, Planning, Social, and Research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth among both new and existing clients.
- Monitor revenue performance across the Agency portfolio in the U.S. and identify necessary corrective actions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across various functions.
- In-depth understanding of Snapchat's value proposition, with the capability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience in navigating matrix organizations and securing support from key internal stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated success in building relationships at the executive level, both internally and externally.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, agency, media sales, or online advertising, with a focus on leading businesses or accounts.
- Experience in cultivating relationships with account contacts and driving revenue growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in sales and marketing within a commission-based role targeting advertising agencies.
- Direct experience managing agency relationships.

Compensation: In the U.S., work locations are categorized into pay zones that determine the salary range for this position. The starting salary for the successful candidate will be based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Negotiation within the salary range is possible.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $168,000-$252,000 annually.
Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $160,000-$239,000 annually.
Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $143,000-$214,000 annually.
This position is eligible for participation in a sales incentive program and for equity in the form of RSUs.
