We are in search of a Strategic Agency Liaison to foster and cultivate relationships with Independent Media Agencies, aiming to elevate their digital footprint on Snapchat. This role, based in our offices, requires a robust background in sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the capacity to juggle multiple initiatives while possessing a profound comprehension of the digital advertising landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate strategies and set priorities to optimize the effectiveness and value of Snapchat's advertising solutions through Independent Agencies.
- Oversee the financial outcomes of your assigned Agencies, ensuring that annual and quarterly partnership objectives are achieved.
- Serve as the primary contact and thought leader for your Agencies, providing guidance and support.
- Establish Snapchat as a premier platform for brand development and business growth among various Agency stakeholders.
- Design and implement comprehensive educational programs across all Agency sectors (media, digital, strategic planning).
- Conduct formal business evaluations with Agency leadership and key stakeholders.
- Gain insights into Agencies' operations and craft tailored solutions to address their requirements.
- Deliver exemplary client service and collaboration across all Agency functions, including Investment, Planning, Social, and Research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue expansion among new and existing clients.
- Monitor revenue performance across the Agency portfolio and identify necessary corrective actions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across various functions.
- In-depth understanding of Snapchat's value proposition, with the capability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience in navigating matrix organizations and securing support from key internal stakeholders.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Demonstrated success in building relationships at the executive level, both internally and externally.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, agency relations, media sales, or online advertising.
- Proven track record of fostering relationships with account contacts and driving revenue growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sales and marketing roles focused on advertising agencies.
- Background in dynamic, rapidly changing environments.
- Direct experience managing agency relationships.
