Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Agency Partner to enhance our collaboration with Independent Media Agencies, facilitating their growth within the digital landscape of Snapchat. This role, based in our offices, requires a robust background in sales, exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, the capacity to juggle multiple initiatives, and a profound comprehension of the digital advertising ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strategic priorities to amplify the effectiveness and value of Snapchat's advertising solutions through Independent Agencies.
- Oversee the financial outcomes of your Agencies, ensuring that annual and quarterly partnership objectives are achieved.
- Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for your Agencies, providing leadership and insights.
- Position Snapchat as a premier platform for brand development and business growth among various Agency stakeholders.
- Design and implement comprehensive educational initiatives across all Agency sectors (media, digital, strategic planning).
- Conduct formal business evaluations with Agency leadership and key stakeholders.
- Gain a deep understanding of Agency operations and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Deliver exemplary client service and collaboration across all Agency functions, including Investment, Planning, Social, and Research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth among both new and existing clients.
- Monitor revenue performance across the Agency portfolio in the U.S. and identify necessary corrective actions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across various functions.
- Comprehensive understanding of Snapchat's value proposition, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience in navigating matrix organizations and securing support from key internal stakeholders.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Demonstrated success in building relationships at the executive level both internally and externally.
- Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, agency relations, media sales, or online advertising, with a focus on leading businesses or accounts.
- Experience in cultivating relationships with account contacts to drive revenue growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in sales and marketing within a commission-based role targeting advertising agencies.
- Direct experience managing agency relationships.
