Health Services Administrator (RN) Job Summary

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Services Administrator (RN) to join our team at the Warren County Juvenile Detention Center in Lebanon, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the healthcare delivery system and coordinate with other functions within the facility.
  • Develop and/or supervise the facility operational plan.
  • Direct the activities of the assigned staff.
  • Recruit and hire new staff, including interviewing and selecting contractual personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all aspects of the client contract and VitalCore policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with Hospital Administrators and other external providers on the delivery of services at hospitals or other external health services locations.
  • Adhere to and enforce all safety and security policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Subject to initial and ongoing security clearance.
  • Correctional healthcare experience preferred.
