Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Director of Finance, the incumbent will conduct financial, operational, and technical analyses. This role supports enterprise management by ensuring that business strategies and financial objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the Seminole Tribe of Florida's Policies and Procedures.
- Assist in evaluating and communicating financial and operational results to management. Responsible for monthly executive financial reporting.
- Aid in the development and monitoring of service level agreements.
- Communicate effectively with all management levels. Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Coordinate and support business and financial planning, including short and long-term financial forecasting.
- Develop relevant financial and operational metrics for management decision-making. Ensure departmental goals and performance measures are understood and achieved by managers.
- Prepare financial and operational statements. Assist and/or present information. Support review meetings with managers to identify and implement process improvements.
- Evaluate and develop financial analysis tools to assess growth, investment, or liquidation options. Participate in assessing current systems and business processes for adequacy and consistency.
- Provide support for centralized functions associated with the respective business enterprise, including accounting, treasury, financial planning, and tax.
- Assist in the annual budget process. Develop historical, current, and potential future trend analysis.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or accounting.
- Advanced degree and/or professional certification preferred.

- A minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of experience with significant exposure to financial analysis in the casino hotel industry.


Work Environment:
- May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors, including second-hand smoke and excessive noise.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

The casino environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and often crowded and noisy.

May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors, including second-hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant public interaction.
