A professional services company in the Valley is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. In this newly created position, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for managing the SG&A, financial modeling, and headcount planning and analysis. To be successful in this role, the Senior Financial Analyst should have executive presentation, strong communication skills, and be analytical. Does that sound like you or someone you know? What do you need for this Senior Financial Analyst role?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
  • 7+ years of finance experience (with at least 3+ years in a Senior Financial Analyst role)
  • Mid-sized to large company experienced ideal
  • Advanced Excel
What will you do in this Senior Financial Analyst role?
  • Act as finance SME for all SG&A cost centers
  • Quarterly forecasting
  • Review department financial performance
  • Analyze historical data, trends, and budget variances
  • Develop and track KPIs
  • Build out headcount reporting and analyze related costs
  • Identify areas to automate processes around headcount reporting
  • Cost allocation maintenance and implementation
  • Identify cost savings opportunities
  • Project management around new strategic plans
