Position Overview:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations within a professional services organization. This position focuses on managing SG&A expenses, financial forecasting, and headcount analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the finance subject matter expert for all SG&A cost centers.
  • Conduct quarterly financial forecasts and analyses.
  • Evaluate departmental financial performance and provide insights.
  • Analyze historical data, trends, and budget discrepancies.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Construct and maintain headcount reporting while analyzing associated costs.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation in headcount reporting.
  • Manage cost allocation processes and implementations.
  • Spot potential cost-saving measures.
  • Lead project management initiatives related to new strategic plans.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of financial experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior analyst capacity.
  • Experience in mid-sized to large organizations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
