As a Survey Project Manager at CEC, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional results. You'll work closely with licensed surveyors to assist with a variety of projects, including crew scheduling, deed work maps, base maps, and courthouse research. Your knowledge of ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Oil and Gas surveys, Pipeline Surveying, Topographic Mapping, Courthouse Research, Boundary Surveys, construction layout, and GPS surveys will be essential in contributing to the project's success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist licensed surveyors with various projects, including crew scheduling and daily assignments
* Develop deed work maps and base maps
* Conduct courthouse research to collect right-of-way property information
* Utilize knowledge of ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Oil and Gas surveys, Pipeline Surveying, Topographic Mapping, Courthouse Research, Boundary Surveys, construction layout, and GPS surveys to contribute to project success

**Requirements:**

* Knowledge of survey field procedures
* Professional Land Surveyor license is not required, but preferred
* Valid Driver's License
