KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In our leadership roles, you will be tasked with:

  • Upholding and promoting our culture while guiding the project team and stakeholders through exemplary leadership.
  • Introducing innovative project strategies, tools, and systems to maximize value and opportunities.
  • Mentoring junior team members to support their professional development, sharing knowledge in line with Isomer's commitment to continuous learning.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment and embracing the challenge of pioneering technologies.
  • Delivering project outputs on schedule, within budget, and according to the defined scope.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including subject matter experts, to create or review Front-End Engineering Packages (FEL1-3) and Detailed Design Engineering Packages.
  • Traveling as necessary to assess design alternatives, provide oversight during construction, and collect site data.
  • Supporting our Business Development team in exploring and cultivating new opportunities through client engagement, sales initiatives, and proposal crafting.
  • Assisting in the recruitment of new team members and guiding the development of existing staff.
  • Contributing to the establishment and maintenance of company standards and procedures in your area of expertise.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

The selected candidate will be accountable for:

  • Facilitating seamless collaboration among diverse teams, including engineers, designers, and project stakeholders.
  • Creating and managing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets that align with client expectations and our organizational culture.
  • Leading teams during design phases to ensure compliance with technical standards and client specifications.
  • Effectively allocating resources to enhance project outcomes and adhere to deadlines.
  • Identifying potential risks to project success and formulating mitigation strategies.
  • Acting as the primary liaison for clients, maintaining consistent communication to address concerns, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Keeping precise project documentation, including design modifications, approvals, and communications.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to travel as needed, typically around 10%. Most duties will be performed in an office setting with occasional visits to operational facilities or construction sites.
  • US Citizenship and a valid US Driver's License. Please note that we are unable to sponsor an employment visa for this position.

Preferred:

  • Over 10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proven success in front-end engineering, design, construction, project delivery methods, team building, and client relationship management.
  • Professional Engineering (P.E.) License or the ability to obtain one within a year.
  • Experience with AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with Smart P&IDs and/or Integrated 3D Design Packages.
