About the Role:
As a SAFe Agile Coach and Change Leader at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will play a critical role in driving organizational transformation across the company. You will leverage frameworks such as Scaled Agile (SAFe), Scrum, and Kanban to help drive the adoption of Agile methodologies. Your expertise will be essential in coaching and mentoring team members, leading ART launches from end-to-end, and delivering SAFe training and workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the transformation of the organization by leveraging Agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Coach and mentor team members to adopt Agile principles and practices.
- Lead ART launches from end-to-end, ensuring successful implementation of SAFe.
- Deliver SAFe training and workshops, including SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO and PM, and Values Stream Identification.
- Partner with senior leadership to establish lean Agile routines and practices that transform the organization to run Agile at scale.
- Lead discussions with team leads and management to ensure collective team focus on commitments, pace, and quality.
Requirements:
- Experience with coaching, mentoring, and advising technology leaders through a sophisticated Agile transformation.
- Experience with designing and executing enterprise organizational transformation frameworks.
- Experience with supporting the Navy, DoD, or DHS.
- Knowledge of the Application Life Cycle and Agile Management tools.
- Ability to lead discussions with executives, team leads, and leaders within the organization on Agile topics.
- Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to obtain a SAFe 5.1 Program Consultant (SPC) Certification within 30 days of start date.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with supporting DoD Acquisition Category (ACAT) or Business Category (BCAT) programs.
- Experience in working with senior executive leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
