Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Sales Enablement Lead to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our sales enablement team, you will be responsible for delivering tools, training, coaching, processes, and other enablement programs that equip our sales teams to better serve customers and grow the business with partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implement Enablement Programs: Develop and execute project plans that accelerate each initiative, while also tactically implementing each program individually and/or in concert with cross-functional team members.
  2. Deliver Onboarding and Ongoing Development Training: Provide training to our sales teams, combining a passion for problem-solving, coaching, and enthusiasm for technology to drive learning and establish positive customer relationships.
  3. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the worldwide enablement team, sales teams, and other cross-functional leads to examine existing business practices, identify new initiatives, and drive impactful outcomes.
  4. Manage Multiple Projects: Oversee multiple projects with tight deadlines, possess a high level of self-motivation, and have an excellent work ethic.
  5. Develop Cross-Functional Enablement Resources: Create and implement metrics to measure impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility of programs, and maintain scheduled deadlines and detailed training and initiative status reports.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree: In Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 4+ Years of Experience: In project management, sales enablement, direct sales, sales operations, with increasing influence and responsibility.
  3. 2+ Years of Project Management Experience: Including projects with multiple inputs and multiple stakeholders.
  4. Experience with Global Business Needs: Understanding global business needs, positioning solutions with sales and business stakeholders across multiple functional domains.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Entrepreneurial Skills: Experience implementing new projects and concepts within organizations, working closely with senior-level cross-functional stakeholders.
  2. Experience with Sales or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools: Familiarity with sales or customer relationship management tools, such as and various content/knowledge management systems.
  3. Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Products: Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  4. Excellent Communication Skills: Presenting, editing, and writing.
