Job Title: Sales Enablement Transformation Leader

Amazon is seeking a seasoned sales enablement professional to drive transformative change across our global sales organization. As a Sales Enablement Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive enablement strategy that enhances sales effectiveness, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of a global enablement strategy that aligns with Amazon's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute enablement programs that drive sales performance, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish strong partnerships with sales leaders to gather insights, feedback, and requirements for enablement initiatives.
  • Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of enablement programs and their impact on business outcomes.
  • Lead change management initiatives to facilitate the successful adoption of new enablement programs, processes, and technologies.
About the Team:

Our team is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. We believe that world-class support is critical to customer success, and we partner with a global list of customers building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations, sales leadership, global sales enablement, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing change initiatives, with a focus on change management principles and techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Sharepoint, Outlook).

  • Proven ability to foster a culture of continuous learning, adaptability, and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Proven leadership experience in driving large-scale enablement transformation initiatives within complex, global organizations.
  • Deep understanding of sales enablement best practices, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
