About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Sector Enablement Specialist to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a key member of our Public Sector team, you will play a critical role in delivering enablement programs that equip our sales teams to better serve customers and drive business growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and scaling of enablement activities throughout the year, working closely with colleagues to identify gaps within the team's needs, and design and implement projects to meet business requirements.

You will also be responsible for supporting employee training using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including classroom-based and virtual learning to create an engaging learner experience.

Additionally, you will assist in the development of enablement resources for specific sales verticals, support go-to-market motions, onboarding, and ongoing learning efforts, while contributing to programs that ultimately enable account teams to accelerate sales pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support employee training using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods
  • Assist in the development and scaling of enablement activities throughout the year
  • Identify project roadblocks, research and present root-cause analysis, and manage resolution
  • Report on the effectiveness of enablement investments through dashboards and recurring reporting mechanisms
  • Maintain scheduled deadlines, detailed training, and initiative status reports of projects across the Public Sector team
  • Collaborate with worldwide enablement teams to educate account teams and introduce new programs
  • Support ad hoc special projects as needed
