About the Team
We're helping ambitious startups and the world's most successful companies build products, create new business models, and scale their efforts globally. In pursuit of this mission, the Global Partnerships team is responsible for developing, executing, and managing partnerships and strategic initiatives that enable Stripe's product and payments ecosystem.

Job Summary
We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead the Global Networks Partner Strategic Operations team. As a key member of our Partnerships team, you will be responsible for driving new partner implementations and programs, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of new and existing partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our mission.

Responsibilities
• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Partner Operations Managers who work across the Global Networks pillar
• Align with Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional leaders to meet the operational and technical needs of our Global Networks pillar
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Partner Managers to develop and execute reliability and SLA strategies to drive operational excellence
• Develop relationships with executive counterparts at key partners and facilitate interaction between our Product and Engineering leaders and their counterparts within partner organizations
• Be responsible for meeting and beating Partner Health metrics
• Inspire, motivate, and enable development of team members to promote career growth and impact for Stripe

Requirements
We're looking for someone with 15+ years of experience in program management, operations, or strategic project management in the payment/fintech industry. You should have 7+ years of management experience and be able to hire, train, and coach a high-performing team of program managers. Previous experience in or related to the Tech/Startup/Scale-up ecosystem is a plus. You should have strong product instincts and the ability to identify opportunities for Stripe to leverage partners' existing and in-development products. Proven ability to successfully drive medium-to-large sized technical projects with external partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders is also required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.

What We Offer
At Stripe, we offer a competitive salary range of $203,700 - $305,500, as well as additional benefits such as equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
