Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team at OneH2, Inc. as a key member of our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production, testing, documentation, and installation of mechanical components of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce, test, document, and install mechanical components of our systems.
  • Work with high-pressure plumbing and use measuring and diagnostic equipment to fault-find and validate mechanisms.
  • Read and understand process and instrumentation drawings.
  • Layout, assemble, install, and test mechanical fixtures & control equipment.
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing, with basic knowledge and understanding of machine technology, power, and control devices.
  • Familiar with all relevant safety obligations and committed to ensuring the safety of colleagues, equipment, and plant.
  • Abide by safe work standards, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO), Fall Protection, Confined Spaces, and appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain proper housekeeping to create a safe and efficient workplace environment.
  • Operate manual hand tools and power tools as required in assembly and validation work.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including manual and electric power jacks.
  • Work overtime as assigned and commit to a flexible work schedule around manufacturing demand.
  • Travel between 10% to 20% of the time and work overtime as needed.
Requirements
  • At least one (1) year of experience within a manufacturing assembly position; electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Have the physical ability to perform manual labor, which may include:
