Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to become a vital part of our team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the operational efficiency of our production machinery and equipment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing machinery, including diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Execute preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and enhance equipment performance.
  • Work closely with the production team to swiftly identify and resolve equipment malfunctions or irregularities.
  • Leverage your expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and industrial maintenance to effectively troubleshoot and solve technical challenges.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment performance metrics.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technological advancements to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs is required.
  • Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues effectively.
  • Solid understanding of preventive maintenance techniques and the ability to perform routine inspections.
  • Capability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide clear instructions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and rectify equipment malfunctions.
  • Proactive approach to safety and adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and respond to urgent maintenance requests.
