Business Development Manager

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating field sales action plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional, organized, effective sales leadership to Sales Executives
- Responsible for holding the Sales Executives accountable to all City Wide policies, including the behaviors required to achieve the results needed to accomplish the sales goals
- Ensure the operational aspect of jobs sold are executed in an effective manner, on budget, and to the satisfaction of the client
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Responsible for meeting your own personal sales objectives as defined in your compensation plan
- Manage our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
- Develop processes that integrate the City Wide technology system within the sales process
- Provide new employee training and orientation as well as ongoing coaching and goal setting for all Sales Executives
- 2-5 years of Outside B2B sales experience
- Goal setting and sales management - track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Organized with territory management experience
- Excellent oral/written communication skills, leading client meetings
- Medical/Dental/Vision offered after 30 days
