About the Role

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating field sales action plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional, organized, effective sales leadership to Sales Executives
  • Responsible for holding the Sales Executives accountable to all City Wide policies, including the behaviors required to achieve the results needed to accomplish the sales goals
  • Ensure the operational aspect of jobs sold are executed in an effective manner, on budget, and to the satisfaction of the client
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Responsible for meeting your own personal sales objectives as defined in your compensation plan
  • Manage our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
  • Develop processes that integrate the City Wide technology system within the sales process
  • Provide new employee training and orientation as well as ongoing coaching and goal setting for all Sales Executives
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of Outside B2B sales experience
  • Goal setting and sales management - track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • Organized with territory management experience
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills, leading client meetings
