As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including analytical analysis, operations, marketing, client service, compliance, business development, investment research, and operational/database management-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Assist in managing and executing projects, including contact management system clean-up, representative harvesting, and data integrity initiatives.
- Business Development: Support business development efforts, including campaign and tracking initiatives, impact wholesaling, and channel projects.
- Learning and Development: Participate in product training, proper profiling of advisors, and shadowing internal wholesalers.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including data entry, report generation, and other duties as assigned.
- Education: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in a business-related field.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access. Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in a business-related field, preferably in sales, marketing, or finance.
As an intern at Western & Southern Financial Group, you will work in a fast-paced office environment, frequently requiring long periods of sitting while working at a desk, on a computer, or in meetings. You will also be required to perform frequent movement of wrists, hands, and fingers for continuous computer work.
