Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Analyst for Sales Excellence. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing sales effectiveness and productivity for our Sales and Account Growth teams. The position operates under the guidance of the Senior Director, Head of Sales Excellence, Global Money Movement Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Sales Excellence initiatives aimed at enhancing sales performance and productivity, including the creation of Sales Reports and Leader's Dashboards.
  • Assist Account Growth teams in strategic account planning, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Sales Incentive Planning: Collaborate with Sales Leaders and the Global Sales Compensation team to execute and maintain regional sales compensation frameworks in accordance with corporate policies and business objectives. Monitor quota achievement for various sales metrics.
  • Oversee Sales Excellence projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with overarching sales goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Cross-Functional Account Executive teams, serving as a project manager for team-led initiatives.
  • Address complex and ambiguous situations, providing clear, evidence-based recommendations to management.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work. Employees in hybrid positions are expected to work from the office a set number of days each week, based on departmental needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, accompanied by a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).

Preferred Qualifications:
At least 3 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree or over 2 years of experience with an Advanced Degree.
Proven experience in Sales Operations and/or Strategy.
Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, and MS Office applications, particularly advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong writing and storytelling capabilities, with experience in creating tailored pitch decks.
Excellent presentation and training abilities.
Solid project management expertise.
Analytical skills with experience in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics.
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills, with adaptability to changing circumstances.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies based on departmental needs.

Travel Requirements: This role may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office environment, requiring the ability to sit and stand at a desk, communicate effectively, and operate standard office equipment.
