Role Overview

We are in search of a dynamic Analyst for Sales Optimization. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in enhancing sales effectiveness and efficiency for our Sales and Account Growth divisions. This role involves direct reporting to the Senior Director, Head of Sales Excellence, Global Money Movement Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Sales Optimization initiatives aimed at enhancing sales effectiveness and efficiency, including Sales Reports and Leader's Dashboards.
  • Assist Account Growth teams in strategic account development, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Sales Incentive Structuring: Collaborate with Sales Leaders and the Global Sales Compensation team to execute and uphold regional sales compensation frameworks based on corporate guidelines, business objectives, and internal systems. Monitor quota achievement for various sales metrics.
  • Oversee Sales Optimization projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching sales objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Cross-Functional Account Executive teams, serving as a project manager for team-led initiatives.
  • Navigate complex and ambiguous situations to provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to leadership.

Work Environment

This position operates in a hybrid model, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to be present in the office 2-3 predetermined days each week, based on leadership/site requirements, with a general expectation of being in the office 50% or more of the time according to business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).

Preferred Qualifications:
At least 3 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree or over 2 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD). Proven experience in Sales Operations and/or Strategy. Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, and MS Office applications. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Strong writing and storytelling capabilities, with experience in crafting custom pitch presentations. Excellent presentation and training abilities. Solid project management expertise. Analytical skills with experience in analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar. Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities, with adaptability to changing circumstances and the ability to manage ambiguity.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies based on departmental needs.

Travel Requirements: This role may require travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be conducted in an office environment, requiring the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and via telephone, and frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
