Program Evaluation Manager (Subject Matter Expert)

Location: National Capital Region (NCR), Reston, VA, or any IC Government-cleared facility

Position Overview: The Program Evaluation Manager will be responsible for overseeing project operations to guarantee that production timelines are adhered to, resources are utilized efficiently, and effective relationships are fostered between clients and project teams. This role encompasses managing costs, schedules, performance metrics, and the identification and mitigation of risks across various projects, as well as coordinating solutions to production-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of program evaluation and performance management, from initial planning through resource allocation and enablement.
  • Direct program evaluation planning, continuous evaluation preparation, and stakeholder analysis.
  • Assist in governance functions, planning reviews, and the preparation and upkeep of program-related documentation.
  • Collaborate with DIA and Intelligence Community stakeholders, DI Senior Leadership, and IC partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in business management, solution development, or program management within a defense or intelligence context.
  • Advanced training in Program Management (e.g., DAWIA, PMI), Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, SAFe), and Change Management (e.g., CCMP, Prosci).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is required, with advanced degrees preferred.
  • Must possess a TS clearance and be eligible for SCI security clearance.
