Program Analyst Job Overview

  • Assist Project/Program Managers with both operational and administrative duties
  • Examine project metrics for effective planning, oversight, and resource distribution
  • Establish project timelines, initiatives, and financial plans
  • Manage digital records for systems and equipment data
  • Create visual data representations and interpret information to uncover patterns
  • Assess and clarify project specifications and boundaries
  • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation
  • Participate in project discussions and activities
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
  • Oversee and mentor junior analysts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of pertinent experience or a High School diploma with 10 years of relevant experience
  • Understanding of DoD and NAVSEA initiatives
  • Possession of an Active Secret Clearance or capability to acquire one
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in naval operations is advantageous
  • Familiarity with shipboard systems is beneficial
