Position Overview
We are looking for an associate attorney with a minimum of four years of experience to join our vibrant business and transactional practice group.
Key Responsibilities:
Support senior attorneys in providing counsel to clients on various corporate issues, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities offerings, and general corporate transactions.
Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
Engage in due diligence activities for corporate transactions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective project execution.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and legal advancements.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
A minimum of four years of pertinent experience in corporate law.
Strong grasp of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulations, and general corporate law principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
